Sorry for the lack of posts!

Hey guys! I'm sooo sorry for the lack of posts! I just want to do a quick post right now to explain why. School's been really hectic lately because this coming week we have our really big final tests,which are really intense. And this year they're really pressuring us because they count for 15% of our grade,and they place us in some of our upcoming classes. Also,I've recently had a leg injury(I'll have another post of that). But I promise more posts coming soon! :)

-My favorite food is cheese. I literally like any kind of cheese.
-My favorite restaurant is Panera Bread. Soo good!
-I like to think that I'm really organized,but honestly I'm not.
-My favorite color is pink!
-Something that honest to goodness scares the living crap out of me is any change to the face. Like if someone has plastic surgery on their face or has a face transplant or anything like that,it scares me so bad. I don't really know why,but it does.
-I have a scar from something that happened last year. I was playing kickball,and it was my turn to kick the ball. Being me,I didn't kick it very well,so I thought it was a foul. I didn't run,but it turned out it wasn't a foul. So everyone else starts to run and is charging toward me. I get knocked down face first,and one of my friends actually steps directly on my back. It all happened pretty fast,so I don't know how a big chunk of my knee got sliced off,but it did. When I pull up my leggings,all of the skin of one side of my knee came off on my leggings. Yes,it was gushing blood,and yes I have a scar from it. Yeah,not fun.
-I have one precious little dog.

Yes,I have a maltese. Her name is Sugar :)

My phone,Teen Vogue Magazine,and a Flip Camera.

3.What's the weather like right now?
Well,it's about 4:00 right now,and it's really sunny! It's been super nice today :) I actually had a picnic outside with my mom and sister at a local park!

4.Do you take a car or bus to school?
Car.

5.What time did you wake up this morning?
7:21. I woke up really early :D

6.When was the last time you took a shower?
Last night.

7.What was the last movie you saw?
In theaters? The Hunger Games.

Nope! :) I actually have natural highlights. My hair color is like a caramel color. I don't really do anything to my hair,haha.

Well,I teared up a little in The Hunger Games movie,but I don't know if that counts,haha. :)

21.What is your perfect pizza topping?
Cheese! :) I don't do anything crazy with pizza,haha.

Um,cheeseburgers,I guess. I don't really like either.

23.Have you ever had an all nighter?
Yup! :) I actually try to have them a lot,but they always fail,haha. The only time I actually pull them off is at sleepovers. I haven't had one in a super long time,though because of school and all.

24. What is your eye color?
Blue! :)

25.Can you taste the difference between Pepsi and Coke?
Yup,haha! But I really don't drink soda a lot at all.

Book Review: The Hunger Games

Hey everyone! :) So today I thought I would do a book review,since I haven't done one since I first made my blog. And as you can see by the title,it's on The Hunger Games! :) I first read this book about a year ago,but since it's getting a lot of hype lately,I thought I'd do a review on it.

So this book is by Suzanne Collins,as you can see in the picture above. Honestly,this might just be the best book I've ever read. I reread the series a couple weeks ago because of the movie,but like I said,I first read this book about a year ago. And obviously,this book is really popular,so I think most of you have read it,but just in case you haven't,I'm not going to have any spoilers in this post.

So if you don't know what this book is about,I'll give a brief description. So basically,there's only 12 districts left of the United States. There's a new government,called The Capitol. They're super harsh. And everyone's lifestyle is really hard. Almost everyone is poor and starving. So every year The Capitol has an event called The Hunger Games,which is a fight to the death. The reason they have this event is because several years ago there was an uprising,and The Capitol wants to remind everyone that they're still in charge. So there's 24 tributes. They draw two names from each district. There's always one boy and one girl. And it's pretty much at random,but some names are in there much more times than others. So the main character (Katniss Everdeen) is chosen to fight to the death in The Hunger Games. So in The Hunger Games,all the tributes are in this arena. The arena in this book is basically just wilderness. But there's weapons and backpacks filled with things. Also,all of the districts watch it live on TV. So for some people,it's like a holiday,but for most it's just torture. But no matter what,it's a really big deal.

I absolutely could not put this book down. I'm so completely obsessed with it. I highly,highly,highly recommend it! Obviously,I've read the next two books,so if you want me to do a review on them,I can! :) I read the second book in 3 days and the third book in 4 days. I couldn't put them down!

This book is YA. I wouldn't recommend,like,10 year olds to read it because it is kinda violent. But I think even adults would love it. My mom is just now reading them. I also think boys and girls both love this book.

Spring Lip Products :)

Hey girls! :) Today I'm going to show you my must have lip products for spring. Just as a disclaimer,this is going to be more lipbalms and lipglosses. So if you're looking for lipstains or lipsticks,this is probably not the best post for you. Let's get started! :)

So the first one is the NYC Liquid Lip Shine in Pink Kiss. You can get these at any drugstore. It's very pigmented.

Next is the Estee Lauder High Gloss in Honey. It's a really pretty nude.

Next is a Sephora Lipgloss in Forever Pink. It's soooo pretty! :) This is the only Sephora Lipgloss I've tried,but it's very pretty,so I might go back and get another one. Plus they aren't a lot of money!

Then I really like the MAC Lipglass in Pink Poodle. I really like the color. I really like this all throughout the year.

Then I just really like the Softlips in Cherry. It's very moisturizing. I also like the packaging,haha. They have all different scents and flavors.

The last lipgloss I really like is the AG Conditioning Lip Shine in Sheer Strawberry. I have a bunch of these,but this is my favorite one. ;) I LOVE this scent. I also have a perfume,lotion,and body glitter in this scent. I actually have two lipglosses and two perfumes in this scent. Haha,so obviously I really like it.

Then I just really like the EOS Lipbalm.

Then I love the Kiss My Face Lipbalm in Strawberry.

Drugstore Favorites :)

sHey everybody! :) So today I thought I would share with you my drugstore favorites. I personally think you can find amazing products at the drugstore,for amazing prices. These are just my favorites. Let's start with eyeshadows! :)

The first is this Rimmel eyeshadow quad in Romantic Cool. It's just a really natural palette. If you want to see a tutorial using this,just ask! ;) It's so pretty! You should go check it out.

Next is the Almay Intense i-Color Smoky Palette for Blue Eyes. These are the prettiest eyeshadows! They're sooo pigmented!

Next is the Essence Color and Shine Baked Eyeshadow in Simply Me. It's the prettiest color! Also,it's super cheap! I love it! :)

 Next is the Covergirl Eyeshadow Quad in Coffee Shop. I highly recommend this! They're so pigmented! It's great for beginners.

Next are the Hard Candy Eye Def. Basically,these are just super glittery cream eyeshadows. These are super pigmented. Apparently,Hard Candy is owned by Urban Decay. Just check out the brand in general! ;)

Next are the Essence Eyeshadow Quads. These are so pretty! Check them out! :)

The last eyeshadows are any eyeshadows from Maybelline's Eyestudio line.

Moving on to lip products! :)

The first thing I really like is the NYX Mega Shine Lipgloss in Chandelier. It's a really beautiful pink color. I personally like these better than MAC Lipglasses. I personally think they look nicer. Check it out! :) Also,I know that NYX isn't a drugstore brand,but you can get them at Ulta,which sells drugstore products for drugstore prices.

Next is Maybelline Baby Lips in Pink Punch. It looks so nice! It's an overall great product.

Next is the Covergirl Wetslicks in Tutu. This is actually my all time favorite lipgloss. I LOVE it! :D Once again,so much better than MAC Lipglasses.

Next is the Wet N Wild Juicy Lip Balm in Cherry. I just overall really like this! :)

Moving on to blushes! :)

To be honest,this is really the only blush I use from the drugstore. But it's actually my all time favorite blush! I wear it a lot! It's Covergirl's Blush in Classic Pink. I think this would look great on a lot of skin tones. It's just really pretty.

The next thing is the Covergirl Clean Pressed Powder. Basically,this is just a translucent powder. I use a kabuki brush to apply this. It's overall a pretty nice powder. It's pretty good for a drugstore powder.

Time for eyeliners! :)

I really recommend just any Hard Candy Liners.

So then I really like the Essence Metallic Eye Pencils. They're very pretty and go on nicely. And totally metallic.







I also like pretty much any Covergirl Mascara. They're all great. I really like the Lashblast line.
