TAG :) 17 Random Questions!

Hey everyone! :) So today I'm going to do the 17 Random Questions TAG! I think this TAG sounds really fun,and you'll get to know more about me! If you want to do this TAG,feel free to! So let's get started! :)

1.How did you come up with your blog name?
Actually,my mom came up with it. But I really like it because it really decsribes what I wanted my blog to be like.

2.If you could change your name to anything what would it be and why?
I actually would never want to change my names,but if I had to,I would choose something long like Victoria. Just something long so I could have nicknames ;)

3.If you could go back and give your younger self advice what would it be and why?
Haha,this is probably really weird,and I could probably come up with something better than this,but this is just the first thing that popped in my head. I would tell myself to cherish sleep. When I was little,I hated sleep. Now I treasure every minute of it.

4.How old were you when you learned to blow a bubble gum bubble?
Honestly? I still can't :( Haha,I mean,I've blown a bubble before,but I can't do it whenever I want.

5.What did you want to be when you were little?
I wanted to be a vet. My whole life I've always loved animals. A vet is not something I would really want to do now,though. I kinda want to do something in fashion now.

6.What do you order when you go to Starbucks?
I don't really go to Starbucks that often. I'm more of a McDonalds Cafe girl ;) But when I do go,usually I just get coffee with some random shot of flavor,or just hot chocolate.

7.What is the hardest you've ever laughed?
This one's super hard for me because I'm a HUGE laugher. I literally laugh more than I talk. But the one thing I can remember is from last year. One of my girl friends and my two guys friends and I were watching a movie last year in 4th period. Our desks were kinda in a square,so this is how we were sitting. (Let's call my friends M,S,and J. J and S are my guy friends and M is my girl friend) So J was sitting beside M. S was sitting behind J and was sitting beside me. I was sitting behind M. So,J's butt was like,literally hanging off his seat,so S took and pencil and stuck it up his butt! I know that's kinda mean,but oh my gosh,it was so hilarious! I laughed so hard I cried,and M laughed so hard she peed in her pants!

8.If you could play any instrument what would it be and why?
Well,it'd be cool to play the piano really well. I actually have a keyboard,and I've played around with it,but I'm not any good. I actually do play the violin and a little guitar :)

9.What's your favorite thing to do when your upset?
Music! I love music!

10. What's your favorite movie?
Up until last weekend it was 100% The Blind Side. Now,I honestly think it might be The Hunger Games. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE that movie!!!! Haha,it's not even like I just really like it. No. I'm obsessed with it.

11.What's one food you can't live without?
That would totally be cheese. I'm such a cheese girl. I love pretty much every single kind of cheese. I could live off of it.

12.What's your favorite dessert?
I really like anything chocolate,haha. I also LOVE frozen yogurt!

13.What's your favorite pizza topping?
Cheese! Haha! I'm really picky with food in general.

14.Would you rather have the power to read minds or be invisible?
Totally read minds!

15.What did you do for your last birthday?
My mom took me shopping and my best friend got to spend the night. :) It was a lot of fun. My birthday's on May 20,so it's coming up soon! I'll totally do a birthday haul if you guys want.

16.If you could have one selfish wish,what would it be and why?
Honestly,I don't really know,haha.

17.What does OMGHHKP mean to you?
I kinda have my own acronym for it,but it's top secret! But it has to do with THG.

February Favorites! (:

Hey everyone! :) So today's post is going to be my February Favorites! I know it's really,really late. It's already the end of March! I'm sorry that it's so late,but I thought I'd do it anyway. Better late than never,right? ;) So let's get started! :) I had several favorites last month,and even more this month,so I actually might combine February and March favorites. Also,this is in no certain order.

First is the MAC Lipglass in Pink Poodle. Oh my gosh,I love this! This is actually the only Lipglass I own. It's a really pretty bright color. It has a slight shimmer. I know that this color isn't exactly an everyday color,but I love this no matter what eye makeup I'm wearing.

My next favorite is the MAC Lipstick in Angel. This is totally my favorite MAC lipstick. It's a really pretty pink color. If you're looking for a good MAC lipstick,this is the way to go. I think pinks look good on pretty much anyone. I'm wearing it right now,and it goes with any look.

Next is the ELF Golden Bronzer. I love this bronzer! I like using a big,fluffy brush to apply this all over. I looks amazing. All the colors are really pretty. It is pretty shimmery,but I'm okay with shimmery bronzers. This is great for summer. You can get this at Target for $3. I love this! Most of the colors look good on my skin tone. I also love the packaging,it's really sleek.

Next is the Coastal Scents 88 Shimmer Palette. I'm thinking about doing a review on this. I love this palette! I'll probably order some more palettes from them,but right now I'm pretty content.

I have also been loving the Clinique Almost Bronzer in Light/Medium. I've had this for a while,and there's a lot of product for such tiny packaging. Personally,I think this is a little light,especially for summer. I'm thinking about doing a Clinique Starter Kit,and this will totally be in that post.

I've also been loving the Clinique Lash Doubling Mascara. I got this for Christmas,and I love it!

I also really like the Maybelline Great Lash Lots of Lashes Mascara.

Next is the Urban Decay Primer Potion. I love this stuff! I've been using this for about 3 or 4 months now,and I really like it! It comes in different colors,but I just like the original.

Next is the ELF All Over Color Stick in Golden Peach. I like it for my cheeks. It's a really pretty peach color. I really like it :) It's not expensive at all,either!

Next is the Clinique Superbalanced Powder Makeup. For summer,is use the color Natural 2. I've had this for over a year,and I wear it almost everyday. This product is amazing,and I love it! I highly recommend.

Next,I've really just been liking champagne eyeshadows. I think they're really pretty. I actually wear them a lot on my crease.

The next thing is just Softlips in Cherry. I got this a long time ago,but recently I was looking for my EOS Lipbalm and found this,so I used it instead. I fell in love again! I really recommend them.

Next is a China Glaze Nail Polish in the color Harvest Moon. I LOVE this color! It's on my nails right now. This has to be my favorite China Glaze Nail Polish. It's a really,really pretty brown. And plus,it's from The Hunger Games!!!! :)

Next is the Clinique 7 Day Scrub Cream. Basically,this is just a mask. I got this a while ago,but I kinda ignored it,and about a month ago I tried it,and I love it!! I've used it probably about 5 times. It makes my skin so smooth and soft! It's $18.50,but totally worth it! It will make your skin so soft! Your face feels soooo clean after you rinse this off.

The last makeup item is the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bold Gold. I've really been loving this product. This is the only one I own,but I'll probably get at least one more. I really want to get Bad to the Bronze! But Bold Gold is soooo pretty!

Next thing is kinda random,but I've been obsessed with clean,laundry like scents! I've like them my whole live,but several months ago,I got a cotton scented candle and I can't stop smelling it!!!

Next,I've been liking Powerade. I'm drinking it right now ;) I really love the Strawberry Lemonade. I drink it all the time,which is probably bad because I'm not drinking as much water :( It's just sooooo good!

Next is a website,which is Polyvore.com. I've been loving that website! It's basically a website with fashions and trends that you can put together.

And my last favorite is a store called Delia's. It's one of my new favorite  clothing stores! They have super cute clothes!

Movie Reviews:The Lorax&The Hunger Games

Hey everyone! :) So a few weeks ago I saw The Lorax,and just today I saw The Hunger Games! So,I just had to do a review on them! :) Let's get started!

So the first movie I'm going to talk about is The Lorax. This movie was really cute,a great family movie. I recommend it for all ages. I wouldn't mind seeing it again. The animation was really nice,and overall it was a good movie.

The next movie is The Hunger Games. I've read the books,so I knew what to expect. Violence wise,there was a lot of blood but the actual death part was usually pretty quick and not that gruesome. Personally,I thought it was a GREAT movie. I only teared up in one part,but I'm not one to cry in movies. If you have read the books,you'll totally notice a few different things,but there's no extreme differences. I also think that they could've spent more time at the beginning. I know,the main point of it all are the actual games,but the movie is 2 hours and they only spent about 20 minutes talking about what happens in the beginning of the book. Overall,this movie is amazing. It has a little bit of everything. Comedy,sadness,action. I REALLY want to see it again! :)

Spring Clothing Haul from the Mall! :)

Hey everyone! :) Two days ago I went to the mall and I got a lot of spring clothes and shoes. Oh,and today I also got one makeup item,so I'll include that. I didn't splurge that much,but I'm honestly not trying not brag about anything.

The first thing I got I actually got about a month ago,but I thought I would still include them. These are Gold Glitter Toms,and I got them from a local store. They're so cute! :) If you're wondering,I got a size 6.5,which are only a tad big,so I have some growing room. (; I also got two pairs of these socks where they cover your heel,toes,and bottoms of your feet,but they leave the top showing. They're great to wear with Toms.

I also got two pairs of flip flops by the brand MixIt. One pair is light brown with glitter straps,and the other is dark brown with glitter straps. They're super cute.

I also got these New Balance Plush Foam Footbeds. Basically,they're just memory foam flip flops,and I think they're really cute. It's a really pretty blue color.

I also got these shorts. I like that the writing on it is white and pink,so I have a lot of tops that will go with them. I also like how long they are because my school has a kinda strict dress code.

Then from Rue21,I got a black tank top and a grey tank top. I think they're really cute.

Then I got this Caterpillar V Neck Top in Medium Pink. It has a lot of chinch detail on the shoulders. It's SO cute! :)

I also got this top,which is just green and grey striped. It's boxy,and I wear it off the shoulder.

I also got this top! It's really,really cute,and I'm wearing it right now! :D I love it! So that's it for the shirts.

Then I got this shorts and tanks set from Walmart. I got them mainly for track,but they'll also be great for summer.

The last piece of clothing I got is this bikini. I actually got two of these because I didn't know what size to get,but I'll be returning the one that doesn't fit.

The last thing I got is the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bold Gold. It's a really nice gold color. You can use it as a base or just as an eyeshadow. I think it's really pretty.

My All Time Favorite Makeup Products :)

Hey everyone! :) Today I'm going to share with you some of my favorite makeup products!

So to start off with moisturizer,this is the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel. I personally like the gel a lot more than the lotion.

Next is the ELF Golden Bronzer. I really like this bronzer. I use this almost everyday because it gives you a perfect glow. Plus,it's really cheap! I think it's about $3.

Next is the Kiss My Face Hand Creme in Grapefruit. This stuff is amazing. I really love it. Also,Kiss My Face is an all natural brand! So it's not only healthy,but also effective. It's Earth friendly and economically friendly! I just put it all over my hands,usually at night. It feels amazing. It's super moisturizing. It's probably my favorite hand creme.

The next product is this Sephora Eyeshadow in Aspen Summit. (Sorry,the picture's a little blurry) I LOVE this for highlighting. I'm wearing it right now,and my face is just glowing. I also like using the lightest shade in the ELF Golden Bronzer as a highlighter.

For mascara,I absolutely love the Clinique High Impact Mascara.

As for pencil liner,I really like the ELF Brightening Eye Pencil in Black.

For chap stick,I really like Maybelline Baby Lips in Pink Punch. I'm wearing it right now,and it's just a really nice tinted lip balm.

Moving on to brushes,the first brush I really like is the Studio Tools Crease Brush. It's just really nice and fluffy.

Also,the Studio Tools Medium Shadow Brush. It's pretty flat,but I actually really like it for patting eyeshadow into my crease.

Then I also really like the Coastal Scents Angled Eyeliner Brush. (Sorry,I couldn't find a picture of it) I also like the Coastal Scents Pencil Brush and Blush Brush.

How to Brighten Your Eyes :)

Hey! :) This is a post on how I create brighter looking eyes. Let's get started! :)

First take a white eyeliner and line your waterline.

Then apply a light eyeshadow color all over your lid.

Apply a frosty color to your brow bone and inner corner.

Blend if necessary.

Apply a thin line of black liquid eyeliner.

Curl your lashes.

Apply mascara.

Now we're finished! :)

Gold&Pink Eye Look :)

Hey! :) So I'm doing another tutorial today. I feel like I've been doing these a lot lately. But lately I've been OBSESSED with pink and gold eyeshadows. So I was thinking,why not do a tutorial with both of the colors? For the past week or so,I've actually been wearing pink and orange,but I thought I would tone it down and use gold instead of orange. I personally really like this look;it's very springish. The colors that I used are from the Coastal Scents 88 Shimmer Palette. I got this palette for Christmas,and I'm in love with it. This is an awesome palette because you can do SO many looks with it.
If you guys have any requests on like a certain color you would like me to do a tutorial on,just leave it in the comments below.

So start off with Urban Decay Primer Potion.

Now I'm going to take this little trio from Maybelline in the color Rose Revolution. Take the first color and apply this all over your lid. I find this makes the colors pop a little bit more.

Then take the Coastal Scents palette and select any gold color. Put this in your inner third. All of the gold colors in this palette are super pretty,so it doesn't really matter which one you choose. Also,bring this down into your inner corner.

Now go in with any bright pink color. Put this on the rest of your lid. I find that I really have to layer these colors to get it to the brightness I want.

Blend if necessary.

Now just take any copper color and use it as a highlight.

Now take a sky blue color and place this in your lower lash line.

Now take the MAC Gareth Pugh Eyeliner. Line your waterline and upper lash line.

Now take Benefit They're Real Mascara.

For blush take MAC Dame.

For lipgloss take MAC Lustreglass in Flusterose.

So there's your Pink and Gold eyes! :) Again I use eyeshadows from the Coastal Scents 88 Shimmer Palette,which I really like. If you try this look out,leave me a comment and tell me what you think! :)

Tropical Eye Look :)

Hey! So today I'm going to do a tropical look. This is using MAC products,but I'm sure there's many dupes for this makeup. Let's get started! :)

Okay,so the first thing I'm gonna do is apply the Urban Decay Primer Potion.

Next I'm going to take MAC Swimming Eyeshadow. This is a gorgeous lime green color and it's super glittery. I find that you really don't need to blend this color. It's super pretty.

Next take MAC Rule Eyeshadow. It's a bright orange.  Put this in the middle of your lid.

Now take MAC Aquadisiac Eyeshadow. Put this in your outer third.

Now take MAC Electric Eel. It's a bright blue. Apply this lightly to your crease.

Now take MAC Freshwater. It's a much brighter blue. Apply this lightly to your outer V.

Now take Ricepaper as a highlight. It's a frost and it has a slight gold shimmer.

Blend if necessary.

Now go back in with Electric Eel. Line your lower lash line.

Now take MAC Opulash Mascara. Curl your lashes if necessary.

For blush,use MAC Well Dressed.

Apply a highlight if you want more of a glow.

Now take MAC Pink Plaid Lipstick.

Now take MAC Pink Poodle Lipglass. I LOVE this lipglass.

Okay! :) So now you're done!
