Hey lovelies! :) Today's post is going to be The Back to School Tag! I was tagged by
Kait! Please follow her blog,it's truly amazing! First off,I just want to say that school starts back up for me August 9th. I thought this would be an appropriate time to mention that. I probably won't be doing as many posts because of it,and it didn't want you guys to think I was totally MIA! :) I'll try to do at least 3 posts per week,but it really just depends on how busy I am. Moving on,let's get into the tag! ;)

1.What grade are you going into? (Or year of college?)
Is it okay if I don't say my age? ;) It's nothing against you guys,I would just rather keep that private.
2.What are you excited and/or nervous for this year?
I'm excited to see my friends. I just love them to death. I'm nervous about my classes. Each year is different and you just don't know if you're going to like your teachers.
3.What's your favorite part of getting ready for back to school?
Shopping! :)
4.What grade were you in when you first started wearing makeup?
It was the summer between 5th and 6th grade. I know that probably sounds too early to some people,but I was introduced to the beauty community at a young age.
5.Where or whom do you like getting inspiration for back to school trends & styles?
Well,I pretty much just do my own thing. ;) But if I'm specifically looking for inspiration,the first place I look is Youtube.
6.What are your favorite upcoming "back to school"/fall trends for this year?
Hmm,well I feel like everybody's into lots more color this year. Which I personally love. I really don't have a problem with wearing neon in the winter,haha. Normally,I think fall colors are boring. Browns and grays are just dull to me. I like a splash of color. ;)
7.Where do you like to go shopping for back to school supplies?
Walmart and Target
8.What are your favorite stores to go back to school shopping?
Forever21,Sears,Delia's,and Aeropostale. Sometimes I'll shop at Justice. They have cute shoes,and their tanks are usually pretty cheap.
9.Will you be carrying a backpack or purse to school this year? Which do you prefer?
Well,for my school bag I just use a tote. My one this year is by Vera Bradley. But I also carry a purse from class to class that just has normal girly things in it.
10.What are 3 non-beauty essentials you HAVE to carry in your backpack/purse?
Hand sanitizer,a notebook for taking notes,a book to read.
11.What are 3 beauty essential you HAVE to carry in your backpack/purse?
Lipgloss,hair ties,and perfume.
12.What are your go-to hair products for this year,and what is your go-to hair style?
I don't really use much product in my hair,it can weigh it down. I have been recently been loving a new shampoo and conditioner,though. :) Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine! As for hairstyle,for school I really just straighten it. Sometimes I will curl it,and every once in awhile I'll keep it natural,but 90% of the time I just straighten. :)
13.What are your go-to makeup products for this year,and what is your favorite go-to makeup look for school?
My go-to makeup product has to be the Maybelline Great Lash Lots of Lashes Mascara. Freakin love this stuff! :) Best drugstore mascara ever! As for makeup looks for school,I usually wear a light foundation,one eyeshadow all over my lid(usually a coral or gold),gel liner on my upper lash line,pencil liner on my waterline,mascara,lipgloss,and occasionally highlighter. That might be a lot to some people,but it's what I feel the most confident in. :)
14.What are your go-to clothing items for back to school,and what accessories do you plan to rock this year?
My go-to clothing items for school would be white cami's(great for layering),skinny jeans,striped shirts(I have a weird obsession with stripes,haha),and yoga pants. As for acessories,I can't wait to pull out my boots! :)
